USHERS MINISTRY

Purpose

Ushers are the gatekeepers of the church. They greet and welcome worshippers into the sanctuary and see to the comfort and well-being of those in attendance. Their duties include the distribution of programs, bulletins, and the collection of the offering.

Our duties as Ushers in the house of God are as follows:

1. We are the watchmen of the Temple.
2. We are protectors of the man of God.
3. We make sure that all things are done in order.

1 Corinthians 14:40 - Let all things be done decently and in order.
